• "We had the usual 'big name' companies' reps visit us and one only left when we said he was now trespassing! I'd done some research and knew what I wanted and the only rep that confirmed what I had found out, and gave me other helpful information that I later found to be true, was Wayne - and that was during the 20 minutes he took to measure up, answer my questions and leave. Next day we received an accurate quote and a possible start date, confirmed by letter. As so often happens, we'd started to decorate and then decided to have all the windows replaced. Wayne's team arrived, put down dust sheets - even though we were replacing the carpets - and when the work was completed I was genuinely surprised and please to find that the new windows looked as if they'd always been there, no tears in the new wallpaper and the tiles in the bathroom weren't chipped cracked. Yes, there were teething problems, a door that persisted in 'dropping' a fraction and a faulty lock, but Wayne was out quickly to adjust it and replace the lock - always with a smile and an 'it's no problem' attitude. I have recommended Armour Windows to several people I work with and, as you usually do, kept my fingers crossed that there were no problems when one colleague had a conservatory built with exposed brickwork. Having seen it, I can confirm my fears were groundless and that Armour Windows and Wayne's team have proved my recommendation to be a good one."
